BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE, NY – The Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts is pleased to present, Reflections: Paintings of the Adirondack Lakes and Water Ways by artist, Takeyce Walter. An opening reception is scheduled for Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 4:30 – 7:30 PM. Ms. Walter will also provide an informative demonstration of her painting technique used to create water and reflections. This event is free and open to the public.

Takeyce Walter is inspired by the Adirondacks, specifically its beautiful waters. She captures the lakes, rivers, and marshes in such a way, you’ll want to get closer to be convinced the painting isn’t wet. Ms. Walter lives near the gateway to the Adirondack with her husband, two small children, a cat named Odin, and a dog named Flik.
