Clinton, NY — No matter where you go “Around the World”, you find music, sports, art, food, drinks and celebrations. And, in just one night on Saturday, February 3rd, extraordinary experiences from all of these categories will be featured in a silent auction at the Kirkland Art Center in Clinton. That’s the night
of an annual fundraising party in the KAC Gallery, which will be transformed for an uplifting evening of fun.

Two local bands will set the scene. The acoustic group Carbon=Monoxide will kick off the evening at 7 pm while Monk Rowe & Friends will round out the night with some light jazz. Throughout the evening, enjoy appetizers from local restaurants along with wine from Clinton Wine & Spirits and beer from Saranac Brewery.

“The Kirkland Art Center is a real gem in our community and for over 50 years has been providing the community with a range of cultural experiences and opportunities. The KAC Gallery is a great venue for this party. The theme for this year’s annual gala is Around the World. While we may not have 80 days like Jules Verne did, we hope that in 80 minutes the KAC will take you on an adventure with friends and lift up your spirits,” said KAC Board President Elizabeth Tantillo. A special feature of the evening is the unique silent auction of extraordinary experiences. There is an exciting and diverse list of auction items with the proceeds benefiting the KAC.

“We heART KACelebration!” will be held Saturday, February 3rd from 7-10pm at the Kirkland Art Center, 9 ½ East Park Row in Clinton, NY. Tickets are $40/person in advance or $45/person at the door and can be purchased at www.kacny.org, by calling 315-853-8871, or by dropping by the KAC Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
