PLATTSBURGH, NY – The Strand Center for the Arts is excited to announce, Broadway’s Next H!t Musical will be performing at the Strand Center Theatre at 25 Brinkerhoff Street, Plattsburgh. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 7 p.m.
The hysterical Broadway’s Next H!t Musical (BNHM) is the only unscripted theatrical awards show. Master improvisers gather made up, hit song suggestions from the audience and create a spontaneous evening of music, humor, and laughter. Every song is fresh. Every scene is new. Every night is different. It’s all improvised and it’s all funny!
BNHM has been seen recently at The Triad, Tribeca Film Festival, and at the New York Musical Theater Festival, among many others.
A lively and comical workshop is available for ages 10-18 on the day of the show. Join members from the CAST of Broadway’s Next Hit Musical for an in-depth workshop on May 5th, from 12-1:30 p.m. as they lead participants through exercises and games which illustrate the basic philosophy and rules of improvisation, all while HAVING FUN! This one-night-only show will be at the Strand Center Theatre at 25 Brinkerhoff Street in Plattsburgh on May 5, 2018 at 7 p.m. Tickets prices vary, $20-$35. The Strand Center for the Arts’ member discount applies. The prices for all tickets increase $5 on the day of the show. All ticket sales, including service fees, are final and non-refundable.
