Art In The Park 2018

Saratoga Arts is looking for artists to participate in Art in the Park. Art in the Park features nearly 80 artists from the greater Saratoga and Capital regions, displaying and selling their original art and personally-designed and crafted functional art in a beautiful park setting. Participate in our Summer Show! 10 x 10
June 30 – September 8, 2018 – Saratoga Arts is excited to present one of our favorite exhibitions of the year, the 10 x 10 Show! Artists can submit up to 3 artworks, measuring 10″x10″, including frame. All artworks submitted will be on display in the Arts Center Gallery. LEARN MORE

First Night, 2019: Let’s Celebrate!
We are now accepting applications for First Night Saratoga 2019! We are searching for a wide variety of acts, from comedy and dance to magic and music. Summer Camp Employment – Summer Camp Teaching Opportunities
Saratoga Arts is seeking teachers for our 2019 summer arts camp. Summer camp art teachers must be certified to teach in NYS (or currently be active on the BOCES substitute teacher registry); have a passion for the arts and proven experience working with children between the ages of 5 – 14; develop and implement age-appropriate, arts-based, lessons (based on the weeks’ theme); and work with Saratoga Arts staff and summer camp assistants to ensure the safety and well-being of our summer camp participants. All applicants must be able to work independently, and be proactive in lesson and supply planning. Saratoga Arts offers three, visual-arts programs that run from June 25 – August 31. Hours for our summer camp vary; the teaching schedule is flexible and based on the teacher’s availability. Camp Creativity Camp Assistant (Full-Time)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday , Dates: June 25 – August 31, 2018
Preferred qualifications for our Summer Camp Assistants: 2 years experience working with children at a variety of learning levels, preferably in a summer camp setting. Art making experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be available for the full length of the program as required by the position and have experience working with children.
