KEESEVILLE, NY – Preservation successes will be celebrated at a reception hosted by Adirondack Architectural Heritage (AARCH) on Tuesday, July 17 from 3 to 6pm at the recently reopened Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake.

The event will honor the region’s historic architecture, the power of thoughtful preservation to revitalize communities, and the work of many individuals who have helped used this power to make the Adirondacks a special place to live, work and visit.

Guests will have a chance to rub elbows with VIPs (Very Important Preservationists), architects, builders, and chat with regional authors. More information about the event is available at:

Individual tickets are $125 per person. Young Preservationist tickets are $40 (ages 30 and under). Price includes delicious hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and a special room rate to stay at Hotel Saranac (July 16 & 17).

Sponsorship opportunities and special display spaces for business-level sponsorships are available. Visit for details. AARCH wishes to thank Adirondack Classic Designs, Blue Moon Home Builders, Inc., and DiMella Shaffer for their special support of this fundraising event. Proceeds from this reception benefit AARCH’s preservation efforts in towns and communities throughout the Park.
